New Freedom Health ™

Terms of Service

Effective April 1, 2025

By engaging the services of New Freedom Health (also referred to herein as “New Freedom Health”, “we”, “our”, and “us”), you (also referred to herein as the “Client”) indicate that you understand and agree to the following Terms of Service:

New Freedom Health fees are due and payable on a per-visit basis at the time service is rendered. All fees are the responsibility of the Client or designated Responsible Party whose signature appears on our client registration forms. We do not accept insurance. We charge our full session fee for same-day appointment cancellations except in cases of a medical or family emergency.

New Freedom Health services are provided on an “at will” basis. We do not require a contract for ongoing services. You may discontinue therapy sessions at any time without obligation.

The New Freedom Health program you are enrolling in will employ non-medical therapeutic methods as described in our promotional and educational literature and explained to you by our representatives. Because individual receptivity to such methods varies widely, New Freedom Health does not guarantee that you will derive any benefit, or achieve any specific result, from the therapeutic services we provide.

New Freedom Health therapy should not be used in place of treatment by medical professionals. Our staff members cannot diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any illness or condition. New Freedom Health Therapy is not, and cannot be used as a substitute for treatment by a physician, nurse, physical or occupational therapist, massage therapist, or psychotherapist.

The New Freedom Health program you are enrolling in is Somatic Facilitation Therapy, our proprietary method of therapeutic physical touch. While this type of therapy is considered extremely low risk, it may not be safe for you if you have certain medical conditions. We will ask you to complete a health history questionnaire and pre-therapy checklist when you register for our services, and may ask you to obtain medical clearance from your doctor before starting therapy. We strongly recommend that you consult your doctor before beginning this or any other type of bodywork program.

We will take all customary, reasonable and prudent steps to ensure your safety and comfort during your therapy sessions. However, because of factors that are unpredictable, uncontrollable, or that we are not made aware of, New Freedom Health cannot guarantee your well-being at any time before, during, or after a session. You are responsible for knowing your physical, mental, and emotional boundaries. You are not required to engage in or allow any activity that you are not comfortable with. Should you become uncomfortable in any way during a therapy session, we ask that you immediately inform your New Freedom Health therapist of your concerns. If you wish, you may immediately end a therapy session at any time without explanation. We encourage you to contact New Freedom Health management if any aspect of your therapy experience does not meet your expectations.

Observers are not permitted to be present in the room during therapy sessions. Our therapy is designed to be conducted in private. Our experience is that however quiet an observer may be, the presence of another person is inevitably a distraction that renders the therapy ineffective.

We make every effort to ensure that the information we publish and convey verbally is accurate. However, New Freedom Health does not guarantee that this information will be free of printing or factual errors. You should not make decisions about your health based on information you obtain from us. Always consult your doctor in matters pertaining to your health.

With the exception of a claim of gross negligence or willful misconduct, you agree to hold New Freedom Health, LLC, its owners, officers, and employees harmless in any and all causes arising from our provision of services to you. Any dispute, controversy or claim shall be settled by binding arbitration, not by a lawsuit or resort to court process, and you waive your right to a jury trial and participation in a class action. Arbitration will be conducted in Denton County Texas under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association and applicable Texas law.

New Freedom Health reserves the right to change these Terms of Service for immediate effect at any time. If you are enrolled in therapy when a change is made, we will notify you by email.
